Shipping Policy
We shipped our product through a registered courier company or Indian postal service for domestic customers.
Piumart does not ship products outside India ( now ).
We shipped our product within 2 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. Hand-made products take extra time.
We are not liable for delay in delivery by the courier company. Our duty is to hand over your product to the courier company within 7 days, then you follow the courier company’s norms and rules.
We ship your product to your registered address at the time of purchase. The registered address can not change.
Free Shipping Policy
For the ordered amount above 1000, we offer free shipping. We do not charge any Rupees from our consumers, but Piumart pays for this.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel your order(s) within 24 hours from the time of purchase for COD consumers, after shipping your product(s) cancellation is not acceptable. After shipping your product(s) cancellation is acceptable for Pre paid consumers but shipping charges( Both Sides) are non-refundable. Pre Ordered product(s) not returned, refunded, and exchangeable.

After receiving the product there are two ways to return the product to us within 7 days -

(1) We send a return request to you and our delivery partners pick up your product/shipment from your location.

(2) self-ship- If we do not offer to pick up requests at your location, please ship this product from your side by reputed courier. After receiving and checking properly within 72 hours.

If the shipped product is damaged or not saleable we send this to your address and no claim will be granted. So, before packing you must check the product is in good condition all stickers, and price tags are intact with the product.

Raise a return request within 7 days from the receiving date.

Refund against return must be granted after store receiving and proper quality checking of product. If quality checking is failed, we send this to your address and no claim will be granted.

Shipping charges and COD charges are not refundable. Free shipping means shipping charges paid by Piumart.

Pre-paid consumer's refund via payment gateway where he or she is paid. we use Razorpay and Pay u, a payment gateway. We do not send money to your bank directly. We use the same payment gateway where you paid at the time of order. A payment gateway company sends refund money to your same account within 7 to 21 days as per the payment gateway company's rules.

After payment of COD, the consumer refund process is, we create a store credit note against return. He or she can use this credit note at any time of the next purchase.
